Costumes: Must be family-friendly and in good taste.
Behavior: Pups must be well-behaved, and owners must supervise and clean up after them at all times.
Waivers: All owners must sign a waiver for their pups (available in advance or on-site).
Contest: Judges will score and announce the winner (you must be present to claim the prize).
